Somehow, the last two years have flown by and Ian turned two this past Monday. Since we’re planning a paint-tastic party for him and his little friends, we headed to the park and let him and his big brother Eli have some messy fun. :) I’ll have to remember to post images from his party, but for now here’s the front of his party invitation.

Phil and I drove the boys through the Madison County Historical Complex tonight after work. What a beautiful view with some surprise visitors! :)

I love how the yellow dry weeds peek through the fresh snow in winter. Every time it snows I think, I should stop and take a shot of that. I only had my iPhone on me, but decided if I didn’t just pull over now Id be thinking the same thing for another few years without ever doing it. Glad I did.
(The bit of pink on the left is my glove…oops! :) I think it adds to the memory though).

We dont get to see her or her parents often enough, but we sure love when we do :) These were taken over in Grandma L’s backyard as the sun was going down…just love her!
